Furnished Spaces: The living room is furnished with a sofa and side tables for shared use. 2. Kitchen & Laundry: Shared access to the refrigerator, microwave, stove, washer, and dryer. 3. Cleaning: Residents are expected to clean up after themselves in shared spaces immediately after use to maintain a professional-friendly environment. House Rules: 1. No Smoking: Strictly a non-smoking property (includes vaping/e-cigarettes). 2. Pets: No pets allowed to ensure a clean environment for all roommates. 3. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM 6:00 AM daily to respect working professionals. 4. Guests: Occasional daytime guests are welcome, but no overnight guests are permitted for more than 2 consecutive nights to avoid overcrowding.
