Out back, a large fully fenced yard opens off the deck, with a storage shed for bikes, gear and outdoor toys. It's private, green, and genuinely usable rare in a furnished rental.
Self check-in with a smart lock means you can arrive on your own schedule, which matters if you're relocating, on assignment, or placed here by an insurance provider after hours.
