If rented furnished, two bedrooms come with king beds, side table, dresser in each bedroom, one bedroom can have a queen bed or two twin beds with a dresser, couch, TV, linen chest, coffee and side tables, kitchen table and benches. This home is close enough to Alberta St for a quick walk, yet far enough for quiet, calm evenings. Parking: On street parking in front of the house; first-come, first-served basis. This is a quiet residential street. Pets: We allow a maximum of 2 pets with a deposit, case by case basis.The neighborhood is in close proximity to the NE Alberta area, so we are unable to host pets that are aggressive in nature (even slightly). Please provide a description of your pet when applying.
