The property is offered with a one-year lease. Monthly rent is $2,600, plus $300 per month for utilities, which includes internet, electricity, natural gas, and water. This is a no smoking unit. Pets may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Additional monthly pet rent and/or reimbursement for actual pet-related damages permitted by law may apply. No pet fees or deposits will be collected except as allowed under District of Columbia law. Dogs are subject to approval and must comply with the requirements of the property's liability insurance carrier. Certain breeds or individual dogs may not be permitted if excluded by the insurance policy. These screening criteria are applied uniformly and consistently to every applicant in accordance with the District of Columbia Human Rights Act and all applicable federal, District, and local housing laws. Credit history will be evaluated as one factor in the overall application. While applicants with a credit score of approximately 770 or higher generally meet the property's preferred credit standard, no applicant will be denied solely because of their credit score or lack of a credit score.
