Inside, you'll find an open-concept layout with hardwood flooring, renovated bathrooms with walk-in showers, and a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances and countertops. Step outside to your private screened pool area, complete with a BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, outdoor shower, and a convenient poolside half bathroom. An in-unit washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Optional add-on services include early check-in, late check-out, airport transportation, baby equipment rental, extra cleaning service, pool heating for $60 + tax per day (or $100 + tax per day if requested after arrival), propane tank refill, and travel insurance. A complimentary day of golf is provided for stays between May and October, subject to availability. Located just minutes from Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, and Mercato, this home offers convenient access to Southwest Florida's attractions. It's approximately 5 minutes to Vanderbilt Beach and Mercato, and about 15 minutes to Downtown Naples and 5th Avenue South. Naples Park is a desirable vacation destination with easy access to beaches, shopping, dining, and entertainment. Animals are NOT allowed at this property. Events are NOT allowed at this property. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests, which applies to overnight stays as well as daytime visitors. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and provide a valid government-issued ID and credit card details for verification. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book and stay at the property. Guests residing in Naples may be asked to provide additional verification. Pool heating is an optional add-on and requires an additional fee. The pool heater operates from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If outdoor temperatures drop below 65F, the pool heater may take longer to heat the pool. No refunds are provided due to cold weather. Guests are responsible for putting trash bins out at the curb on scheduled pickup days. Initial supplies of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing, and laundry detergent are provided; guests will need to purchase additional items when they run out. While the property is professionally cleaned before arrival and after departure, guests are responsible for keeping the property in a generally clean and tidy manner throughout their stay, including taking out the trash and cleaning their own dishes. Lost, stolen, or damaged linens will be charged at three times their replacement cost. Locked closets, cabinets, storage chests, or other storage areas are off-limits to guests. Trailers, boats, jet skis, or other commercial vehicles may not be parked at the property. Parking is limited to the driveway, garage, or allotted parking spaces. Street or curbside parking is not customary and may be considered a nuisance. Absolutely no pets are allowed, except with written authorization.
