Lease terms

12-month lease at $2,699 per month. Refundable security deposit: $2,699. Half is due at lease signing, and the remaining half is due with the second month's rent. First month's rent must be paid before move-in. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including electricity, water, gas, internet, trash, and applicable city services. Professional pool and yard maintenance are included in the monthly rent. No smoking is permitted inside the home. Pets may be considered with prior landlord approval. One small dog may be permitted with a $200 refundable pet deposit. Additional approved pets may require an additional monthly pet fee depending on the type, size, and number of pets. The home includes a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, washer, and dryer. All applicants are subject to application review, identity verification, income verification, rental-history review, and applicable screening requirements. The lease may renew annually unless either the landlord or tenant provides at least 30 days' written notice before the end of the lease term.
