Lease terms

One (1) year minimum lease then month to month. First month rent (2100)and security deposit ($1000) due upon signing. The yard maintenance, snow removal, and trash is handled by the HOA and paid by Landlord. Renter will be responsible for utilities (water, electric, etc.) and routine home maintenance (i.e., changing air filters, replacing light bulbs, etc.). No Smoking. Maximum of 1 Dog considered (Subject to Weight/ Breed Restrictions). Only Tenant's pet allowed. No other animals, cats, birds, fish, etc. allowed. One-time Pet Fee: $250 Pet must be up to date on vaccines required by state law, free of any communicable infections or any parasites such as fleas, clean and well groomed, house trained, obedient, well-socialized, and with no history of biting and aggressive behavior. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Pet must not disturb other residents of the community. Pet must be kept on a leash when outside the home and not in backyard.
