Guests have full access to the entire property, including the backyard, with the exception of limited use of the garage, which cannot be parked in and is only intended for accessing the washer/dryer. A pack-n-play is available in the primary bedroom closet. Dogs are allowed, with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay, each no more than 50 lbs. No cats are allowed. Nestled in a prime location, this home is just minutes away from AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Park, and Six Flags Over Texas. It's also a short drive from Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark and Grand Prairie Premium Outlets. Centrally located for exploring Arlington and Grand Prairie, with quick access to highways for travel to Dallas. DFW International Airport is only a 25-minute drive away. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, with self-check-in via SmartLock. No parties or events are allowed unless explicitly granted privilege in writing; unauthorized events or parties will incur an initial fee of $500 for the violation, plus any additional expenses incurred to clean or remedy the property. No smoking is permitted inside the house or on-premises within 6 feet of any doorway. Please pick up after any pets, as additional cleaning charges may be incurred for failure to do so. The driveway is the only allowed parking area, as city regulations strictly prohibit street parking. The floor of the driveway is very uneven and is not ready for use. The back gate can be used for vehicle exit/entry; please keep it closed and latched otherwise. Unauthorized events or parties will result in an additional $500 charge, an additional $200 cleaning fee, and any refund owed to arriving guests affected by the violation. The reservation holder must be one of the occupants staying in the rental and may be required to verify this prior to check-in. Necessary accommodations will only be prepared for the listed amount of guests. Any early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved beforehand and may incur fees. If the renter damages the home or any of its belongings, they may be charged up to the full amount of any needed repair/replacement.
