Fees (for reference only): - Pets must be approved and will require a one time pet fee of $600 - Move-out / Cleaning Fee $500 - Admin Processing Fee: $250 - Late Rent Fee $50 each time - Any violations of City Ordinance will be deducted from Deposit NexAero provided a $400 Utility allowance cap. Any overages will be deducted from the deposit.
