Three story single family home. It is a duplex but the wall are thick and the connected outside spaces are very private. Fully equipped (similar to an Airbnb or VRBO house). Large master with walk-in closet and King-sized Purple bed. Second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed. Two private office spaces (in the 3rd bedroom and the basement). Basement with a billiard/ping-pong combo table, board games, living room space, and laundry. Upgraded kitchen and large garage. Big backyard and great location. Only one mile from the light rail, 12 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheater. A one minute walk to a park with a playground and nice walking path. In a quiet neighborhood with good backyard privacy. Open to all size dogs; house includes dog door and 6ft fencing. The front yard is maintained by the HOA, a mower is available for the back. We have rented the place out before and they have loved the area and setup. We know you will too.
