We have a bedroom available in a 3-bedroom house located in a quiet neighborhood a very short drive or a short bus trip to the University, and a quick… walk to Liberty Park. Perfect for students looking for a focused study environment close to campus. One bedroom is already occupied by our son, a Biochemistry sophomore. The available bedroom is on the ground floor, and it is about 11' 5" x 9'. The bathroom is shared. This bedroom is fully furnished with brand new furniture: twin XL bed, mattress, adjustable desk, and chair. The shared living room is nicely furnished with a couch, coffee table, chair, TV stand, and a 55" TV. The shared kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, rice maker, pots and pans, and other kitchen stuff. There is a small dining area with a round table and chairs. We also have a shared workout room with a bench, barbell, and a few weights. The house has central AC, and the air filtration system. Washer and dryer are in the basement. There is a nice grassy area with patio furniture on the side of the house. There is ample street parking in front of the house, and plenty of storage space in the garage, basement, and shed.
