55+ AGE RESTRICTED COMMUNITY! This a beautiful, well maintained, immaculate community, with tons of activities to enjoy.… If you get bored, it's your own fault. Read the list of amenities. My home is 2074 sq ft. It has 2 full bedrooms, a large master bath, with 2 walk-in closets. I recently installed a large solar system, with a 15 Kw back-up battery, which you will use to provide energy to the home, during the peak hours of 4-9pm. The system hasn't even been turned on yet. I also installed a Whole House fan, which is unbelievably efficient, and will save you even more on your electric bill. Your electric bills should be little, to nothing. Maybe transmission fees, which are unavoidable. It has a large fully covered patio in the back, along with a small doggie door. I pay the HOA fees; you pay the trash and internet/tv. I believe the trash is about $25/month. I also pay for the maintenance of the front yard; you are responsible for the patio and small number of shrubs along the back wall. When living in Hemet Four Seasons, you have full access to all of the wonderful social events, including monthly karaoke, monthly Sunday brunch (delicious), parties and concerts galore, especially in the summer months. There is an active tennis and pickleball community, and many clubs to join. Just get out there and be social! It is truly the best community in Hemet. The community is fully secured, with a manned gatehouse. You call the gate house to allow vendors and friends to come into the communtiy. It is very safe. It is located on the west side of Hemet, and is very close to the Winco grocery store and Home Depot. I don't think you'll find a better value, anywhere. Maybe a bit cheaper, but not a better place to live.
