Only flush toilet paper; unclogging fees apply ($200). Do not pour grease down sinks; plumbing issues incur a $200 charge. Do not tamper with the doorbell; cancellation and a $500 fee apply. Missing items, damaged linen/towels, indoor smoking, or excessive dirtiness may result in charges. Packages are not allowed for privacy, with dropbox locations available. Long-term stay exceptions are possible for packages. Guests are required to message the host "I confirm I read the rules of this listing." after reading the rules.
