You'll be 25 minutes to DFW International Airport and just 8 minutes from the heart of Downtown Dallas. The shops and restaurants of Bishop Arts are a 7-minute drive. Visit one of the several museums, including the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, the Dallas Museum of Art, and The Sixth Floor Museum. Other must-see attractions include the JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, Dallas World Aquarium, and Dallas Zoo. You also can't miss checking out Reunion Tower. Dart Light Rail lines are only half a mile away and many bus routes just minutes away. Wynnewood Village Shopping is just a few blocks away. Also, ride share services such as Uber and Lyft are available as well as a traditional taxi.
This home is one side of a duplex and has the potential for some noise. No more than 10 people should be at the property at one time. The indoor fireplace is not for guest use and tampering with the fireplace will result in a $500 fine. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 10 pm-8 am each day. Smoking indoors results in a $250/day charge. Replacements for lost keys/fobs cost $150. Unclogging fees for flushing anything other than toilet paper apply ($200). Don't pour grease down sinks; plumbing issues incur a $200 charge. Tampering with the doorbell will result in cancellation and a $500 fee. Late check-out by 30 minutes incurs a $50 fee and being over 2 hours late results in the full rate for an extra night.
