Upon entering, you have a cozy common space, including the two bedrooms and the kitchen when you walk in on the 3rd floor. It features hardwood flooring throughout the common area, natural sunlight from the many windows and access to the bedrooms and kitchen. The kitchen has fully ceramic tiled flooring, granite countertops, and modern appliances. The bedrooms are located near the rear of the unit and are carpeted wall to wall and have ample closet space. The modern bathroom is fully tiled with a tub/shower and under-the-sink storage.
There is a shared porch located in the front of the building.
This unit has Forced HEAT.

This property is located very close to the Cedar Park, Clark Park and many restaurants/shops along Baltimore Avenue as well as various lines of public transportation.
Tenants are responsible for gas and electric. There is a $50 per month charge for water/sewer. Tenants must obtain renters insurance!
