2 bed 1 bath tiny home with fenced yard. New carpet and new energy efficient mini split heating and cooling installed last week. Whole home was remodeled 2.5 years ago. We like pets, but we also like new carpet. If your pets don't destroy the house, we're cool with them. There is a chain link fence around backyard that is shared with the neighbor. They do have a medium dog. You are responsible for backyard. No smoking in house. There is a washer and dryer left by last tenant. You can use them or bring your own. We will not guarantee or repair if they break.
