I have a second room with a walk-in closet available in a spacious 3rd floor apartment in South Evanston, a block south of Main street.… This is a Chicago classic vintage building with an attached yard and parking lot.
The room has a dresser and some chairs (the bed in the image is no longer available) but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished, available to both housemates. It's your room, so the furniture only stays if you want it there.

The roommate is semi-retired, cat-friendly IT guy. Interests are video games, cooking, and French. Relatively quiet, friendly, and respectful of personal space. Expecting that routine chores will be shared.
