For each person over 18, fill out an application with your most recent pay stubs for the last two months. Must have at least 2 years of rental history. 4. DEPOSITS & MOVE-IN FEES: $500 holding deposit to move forward and/or hold the unit. The holding deposit is not an additional deposit, but subtracted from the $3000 security deposit that you pay at move-in. A $450 Cleaning Fee collected up front is non-refundable and used for professional deep cleaning. Total deposits and fees due prior to move-in (excluding any pets) is $3450 in addition to first month's rent. 5. UTILITIES: Tenant shall set up Electricity/Heat and Internet directly with their providers. Water and Trash included in rent. 6. INSURANCE: Renter's insurance required for each tenant over 18. 7. PETS: Dogs and cats allowed with additional $35/month rent per pet. $250 pet deposit. Meet-and-greet and/or in home visit required.
