Spacious, Large property, Private pool, 2 car garage. Available immediately, Appliances includes (washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher).… There is a fan in every room, great natural light throughout the house. Very private location in a HOA community with only one neighbor. The location puts you about 5 min away from Westgate District, 7min away from Cards Football Stadium, 8min away from the 101 freeway. The price includes paid professional services for the pool and landscaping (front and back). Being in the HOA the landscaping needs to be in order to avoid fines. Our goal is to provide a stress free experience for both parties. Pets are welcome but a larger deposit will be required, details discussed later. We are very reasonable people and pride ourselves in being good landlords. We have never displaced a tenant and take issues very serious and handle things QUICKLY and PROFESSIONALLY. Applications and Background check is necessary prior to viewing. There is no pool fence but WE WILL install a fence if requested. First and last month rent plus deposit
