Available July 15. Preference will be given to applicants who are able to begin the lease on or before August 1. 12 month lease with option to renew. Rent includes water/sewer/garbage & electric. Tenant is responsible for natural gas (through NW Natural) and any other additional utilities as needed (internet/wi-fi, phone, cable, etc.). Pets are allowed for an additional pet rent amount of $25 per pet. There is no smoking allowed inside the rental home. Smoking is allowed on the front porch as long as debris is safely extinguished and disposed of. Maintenance of front yard is the tenant's responsibility. There is a lawnmower available for tenant use. Parking is on-street only. The driveway is reserved for the ADU tenant.
