Monthly Rent: $2,199 Security Deposit: $3,999 Lease Term: 12 months Available: 2/25/2026 Occupancy -All occupants 18+ must apply and be approved. -No unauthorized occupants. -Guests staying longer than 7 consecutive days or more than 10 total days in a month must be disclosed and approved. Pets -No pets permitted. -Service/assistance animals accommodated in accordance with applicable law. Smoking -No smoking or vaping inside the home or garage. -No smoking permitted on the premises. Utilities Tenant responsible for: -Electricity -Gas -Water & sewer -Internet -Cable (optional) -Telephone (optional) Landlord provides: -Trash service (if included by HOA/city) Lawn / Landscaping -Tenant is responsible for all lawn care and landscaping, including mowing, edging, and weed control. -Tenant must maintain yard in compliance with HOA requirements. -Any HOA violations or fines due to lawn/landscaping neglect will be the tenant's responsibility. Parking -Parking in designated driveway/garage areas only. -No commercial vehicles, trailers, RVs, or boats. -No vehicle repairs on property (except emergencies). -Illegally parked vehicles may be towed at owner's expense. Property Rules -No subleasing without written approval. -No alterations, drilling, or lock changes without written consent. -No hazardous materials. -HOA rules apply and must be followed. -Tenant responsible for any HOA fines caused by violations.
