Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons are allowed, and any violation will be reported to the police, with immediate contract termination. No outside guests are allowed without permission.
