This is a charming 3 bed, 1 bath house, originally built in the 1920's.… The house has had many updates including central heat and air, updated plumbing and electrical, new soft close shaker style kitchen cabinets, real butcher block counter tops, refrigerator, dishwasher, glass top oven, and new hood vent. New light fixtures, fans and more! Out front, there is a new fence, lava rock, and pavers leading up to the original porch, which was closed in at some point, and was just redone with 4 new double pane windows, new insulation, wood paneling, and new curtains. Turning to the left in the kitchen leads to the laundry room where the washer and dryer hook ups are located. As a bonus, there is a period correct desk/mirror to check your outfit before going out! continuing on down the hall and to the left, you will find the bathroom, featuring a recent new tub, subway tiled surround, new flooring, new toilette, recent vanity, with a bonus closet and storage areas. The bathroom has a door on each end, one going to the "master bedroom" and one from the previously mentioned hall/laundry. The front bedroom and master are divided by a set of double doors, frosted for privacy, which can be opened up to one very large master suit, or closed to separate the two rooms, This is nice if you have a young child that needs monitoring throughout the night.
