Lease Duration: 9 month lease. Rent: $1500.00, due on the 1st of each month. Includes all utilities except electric. Late Fee: $10 per day after the due date until rent is paid in full. Tenant agrees to maintain sidewalks and yard in all seasons and agrees to keep both areas free from animal waste. Renters insurance required with pet listed and owners listed as additionally insured. $400 non-refundable pet fee required. Tenant responsible for all pet-related damage. Property Condition: Premises include updated flooring, new carpeting, modern kitchen cabinets, fresh trim and paint, and an updated bathroom and attic space. Tenant agrees to maintain the home in clean, safe condition and return it in comparable shape at lease end (normal wear and tear excepted).
