There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors, a $200 penalty for lost key fobs, and weapons or drugs are not allowed, which will be reported to the police and result in immediate contract termination. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee.
