This apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. Guests can enjoy access to a rooftop retreat with sun loungers, a summer kitchen, and outdoor dining, as well as an on-site gym for daily workouts. Metered street parking is available along Howard Avenue for $3 per hour, Monday through Saturday and free on Sundays. Additional services to make your visit even more comfortablelike mid-stay cleanings, early check-in/late checkout (when available) are available for additional fees. Nearby attractions include Bourbon Street and Canal Street (0.4 miles), The Saenger Theatre (0.3 miles), Caesars Superdome (0.6 miles), The National WWII Museum (0.9 miles), Audubon Aquarium of the Americas (1 mile), and the French Quarter (0.6 miles). Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors, a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
