From Motorworks, you're perfectly positioned to explore the city's iconic landmarks, whether you're catching a game at the Superdome, riding the Canal Street streetcar, or diving into local flavors at nearby eateries. Nearby attractions include Bourbon Street and Canal Street (0.4 miles), The Saenger Theatre (0.3 miles), Caesars Superdome (0.6 miles), The National WWII Museum (0.9 miles), Audubon Aquarium of the Americas (1 mile), and the French Quarter (0.6 miles).
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors, a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
