Lovely 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment in a Victoria home was built in 1875. This apartment has separate entrance.… Wood floors thru out, the bathroom has tile floors and built in cabinets for storage. Bedroom has a cedar closet, patio doors that let to the enclosed private patio which is fully furnished with table 4 Chairs with umbrella and a gas grill. Lots of windows to bring in the beautiful sunshine we have in Colorado. Cannot beat the location with it being downtown Golden. The living room also has a smart tv with a comfortable pullout queen sofa for the occasional guest, if you would like to keep that. It has two nice bay windows and a dining area. Full kitchen with Fridge/ freezer, microwave, gas over/ stove, dishwasher, and toaster over. Has a/c and gas furnace for forced heat. If you have a car you will be able to have a parking pass to park on the street in front of the house. Rent of 2150.00 will include cable and all utilities, the rent is total so no added surprises. There is no smoking or vaping or 420 friendly. No pets. Fireplace does not work but I leave as it is original and beautiful. Pictures show with furniture but it will be empty when you rent it except for the patio furniture, and if you want anything left for you. Owner lives on site in a separate apartment. Apartment is rented right now can not see inside till 8/29/26. Available September 1, 2026
