Lease terms

Month to month lease up to one year.Landlord will work with tenant for payment of security deposit at 500.00 mo until paid in full-starting the first month. (Move in= 1850.00 + 500.00=2350.00) & consecutively 2nd and 3rd mo...etc....until Security deposit is paid in full. Tenant is responsible for paying rent by the 1st of the month. Late fees incur after the 3rd. All Utilities in tenants name )(electric, water, gas, wifi, etc...) Tenant responsible for reimbursement to landlord for Landscaping costs (35.00 per mowing-weedeating, blowing) Upkeep of bedding in front of home is tenant's responsibility. (landscaping company does not do this) Refrigerator & stove provided, but tenant to replace with their own if breakdown occurs and take with them at cessation of lease. No non working vehicles to be stored on premises. No large work trucks. (trailers can be kept behind large gate) Landlord does Pest control prior to tenant move in. (outside and inside) Pest control becomes tenant's responsibility after move in.
