Sunny 1 bed/1 bath apartment in 'shared' house in Santa Clara's historic Old Quad neighborhood.… Bright and spacious great room with lofted ceilings, large primary bedroom, huge walk-in closet (with closet organizer), bathroom, kitchenette (sink, electric stove and mini fridge/freezer, no oven), and shared backyard with mature fruit trees. Very safe and walkable neighborhood, 0.5 mile to SCU and 1 mile to the Santa Clara Caltrain station, along with easy access to 880/280. Street parking is readily available. While this is in a shared house, it is an independent apartment unit that shares a door/wall with the rest of the house, where I live.

I'm 42F, semi-retired and have a 10 yo daughter that lives with me half the time. I am environmentally minded and keep a peaceful, respectful house but also enjoy having a glass of wine with friends in the backyard on occasion.
