Rental term is negotiable starting with a 6-month agreement which reverts to month-to-month thereafter. If you want a longer term please indicate so on your application. Utilities are charged as a $200 monthly flat fee that includes ALL utilities: electric, gas, water, sewer, trash/recycling and high speed Wi-fi Internet. (Please keep this in mind when looking at other rental prices). Preference given to singles with no pets, but that is negotiable. Rental includes one space in the attached garage along with approx. 300 s/f of storage space and an automatic garage door opener. In addition, there is room for one additional uncovered parking spot as well as street parking. Property is gated and fenced. Owner occupies the upper level part-time. Renter occupies the ground level suite which has its own private entrance. The term of the lease is negotiable but Zillow does not list that as an option. Weekly / monthly or longer terms available.
