This spacious home offers 1,744 square feet of living space with hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and utensils, perfect for preparing family meals. For entertainment, the home features four LCD TVs with access to Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN. The living room boasts a 55" TV with a soundbar, and all bedrooms have a 40" TV. High-speed internet with 150 Mbps and an Ethernet hardline are available. Playing cards and board games are provided for family fun. A large, fenced yard and a spacious driveway leading to a 2-car garage are available. For families with young children, a stroller, booster seat, pack & play, and highchair are provided. An air mattress is available for additional sleeping options. This home is situated in a tranquil area of Lake In The Hills, IL. The fireplace is not for guest use. Please note that our homes are not new construction and have reasonable wear and tear. All reservations come with enough supplies to 'get started' not for the entire length of stay; tenants must purchase disposable items to sustain the duration of the reservation, which includes but is not limited to garbage bags and/or paper towels. For non-lease guests with pets, a refundable security fee of $200 for 1 pet, $400 for 2 pets, and $600 for 3+ pets must be submitted as a 'rental fee' after reservation is accepted. For leases, there is a monthly utility cap of $300, and guests are responsible for any overages. Refundable security fees are $500 for guests without pets, increasing to $700 for 1 pet, $900 for 2 pets, and $1,100 for 3+ pets. These fees must be submitted as a 'rental fee' after reservation is accepted. For guests without pets, the security fee increases to $1,500 total if a tenant exceeds 30 days of occupancy. For guests with pets, the security fee increases to $2,500 total if a tenant exceeds 30 days of occupancy. The security fee will be refunded within 30 days after check-out date. Municipality/HOA lease requirements must be signed prior to receiving access codes. Normal check-in is 4 p.m. Check-out is 10 a.m.; a $100 fine applies for late check-out, increasing by $100 each hour. Exterior security cameras are on site. Pets must be approved and disclosed upfront and carry an additional refundable security fee per pet. Travelers are responsible for non-refundable carpet/upholstery cleaning upon check-out. A copy of a valid government-issued ID must be submitted before electronic access codes are issued. All loose trash must be placed in garbage bag(s); a $250 fine applies if any loose trash is found inside a garbage bin/can. Renters should report all observed damage within 8 hours of checking in to avoid liability. Pictures must be sent to establish the extent of observed damage. The internet speed in the home is 150 Mbps and there is an Ethernet hard line available for use, if needed.
