No parties, no events, no illegal activity. Do not leave food out to invite pests. Keep the place reasonably clean as you go. If something breaks by accident, inform the host right away. Malicious or careless damage may be the guest's responsibility. Be mindful of noise at night, as neighbors live nearby. Rinse sand off in the outdoor shower after the beach and leave sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. Treat the plumbing kindly; do not flush feminine products or anything that doesn't belong in a toilet, and do not pour grease down the sinks. When you leave, lock the doors and put the key back in the lockbox. If guests are asked to leave for bad behavior, there is no refund for lost nights.
