The laundry room with a washer, dryer, and an extra refrigerator is also for your use. Downstairs, you can utilize the covered patio, outdoor shower, and fish-cleaning station.
Situated on a quiet street that feels both secluded and convenient, this home offers direct Gulf views and is just a short walk to the sand and surf. Shops, bars, and restaurants are a short drive or golf cart ride away, offering a variety of amenities and local experiences.
There is absolutely no smoking, inside or out. No parties, no events, no illegal activity. Do not leave food out to invite pests. Keep the place reasonably clean as you go. If something breaks by accident, inform the host right away. Malicious or careless damage may be the guest's responsibility. Be mindful of noise at night, as neighbors live nearby. Rinse sand off in the outdoor shower after the beach and leave sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. Treat the plumbing kindly; do not flush feminine products or anything that doesn't belong in a toilet, and do not pour grease down the sinks. When you leave, lock the doors and put the key back in the lockbox. If guests are asked to leave for bad behavior, there is no refund for lost nights. If a tropical storm or hurricane forces an evacuation before your stay, you'll get a full refund. If you must evacuate during your stay, you'll be credited for the days you lose. The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards; you swim at your own risk. One outdoor camera watches over the lower patio.
