No parties or excessive noise are allowed at any time; sustained noise over 90 dB for five minutes or more will trigger a violation, which typically occurs with loud music, parties, shouting, or screaming. Only registered guests are permitted, and unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund. Tampering with smoke detectors, noise monitors, Wi-Fi equipment, or security devices is prohibited and may result in fines and immediate removal. The primary guest must be 21 years or older, though groups with a primary guest under 21 may request an exception for a one-time $75 fee. All guests 18 and older must complete ID verification prior to check-in, which includes a government-issued ID, selfie verification, and signing a rental agreement and house rules in the guest portal; failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund. Guests must vacate the property by the agreed check-out time, and unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional charges. Mail and package deliveries are not permitted, and luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out. This property is for short-term lodging only and may not be used as a residence. Undisclosed pets or failure to pay applicable fees may result in additional charges or cancellation of your reservation.
