Leasing a furnished unit for periods of 6 or more months. Water is included. Monthly rent can be adjusted to include electricity and/or internet or tenant can arrange to have electricity and/or internet placed in their name. Condo association approval is required. The condo association requires applicants to pay a $50 screening fee and obtain a background screening report, which costs $40. There is a non-refundable $100 pet registration fee per pet payable to the condo association, which is separate from the non-refundable pet deposit of $100 per pet. Dangerous pets not permitted. Absolutely no smoking in the unit or in the building. Street parking only, so tenants with cars will need to obtain a parking permit from the City of Miami Beach.
