Guests are required to register and follow all parking instructions; failure to do so may result in towing. Early check-ins and late check-outs are not guaranteed and require management approval. The pool is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and guests swim at their own risk. There are specific pool rules including a limit of two guests per household, adult supervision for those under 14, no glass containers, proper swim attire, no diving or rough play, no pets in the pool area, no loud music, and a requirement to clean up after oneself. Ordering mail/packages to this location is not allowed. Do not enter the leasing office or speak with property management staff; all communication must be through the booking platform. Violations of the lease agreement, such as smoking or noise complaints, will result in a $500 fine. Guests acknowledge that apartment complexes may experience noise from neighbors or odors from cooking/smoking, and the host will provide fresheners or sprays to alleviate smells. Bugs may be present due to the climate, and no refunds are given if bugs are seen. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Maintenance requests are handled by the property management team and may take time to address. Pets are not allowed, and a $200 fine will be issued for violations, unless they are service animals. A strict no-parties/noise violation policy is enforced, with a $200 fine for parties, trash, damage, or unauthorized gatherings. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for unreasonable messes post-checkout. Each checkout is allowed 2 bags of trash; each additional bag incurs a $25 charge. Tampering with smoke/noise detectors will result in a $150 fine. Laundry facilities are available, but detergent is not included. Linens and towels are freshly laundered between guest visits. The public pool may be closed for regular maintenance; guests should verify availability if it's a key amenity, as no refunds will be provided for pool closures due to seasonality, weather, or cleaning.
