Please note that the complex enforces a strict no-parties and no-smoking policy. Tampering with smoke/noise detectors will result in a $150 fine. Guests are required to fill out a guest sign-in form, including uploading a government-issued ID, as a screening process. Failure to register and follow parking instructions may result in towing. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and must be approved. Late check-outs without approval will result in an automatic charge for the next night's stay. Pool hours are 10:00 AM 10:00 PM daily. No lifeguard is on duty, and guests swim at their own risk. There is a limit of two guests per household. Persons under 14 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area. No glass containers, proper swim attire is required, and no diving, running, or rough play is allowed in the pool area. No pets are allowed in the pool area. No smoking or vaping, no loud music, and guests must clean up after themselves. Guests are not allowed to order mail/packages to this location. Do not enter the leasing office or talk to property management staff; all communication must be through the booking platform. Lease violations such as smoking or noise complaints will result in a $500 fine. Guests may encounter bugs due to the Texas climate, and no refunds are given if bugs are seen. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Maintenance requests are handled by the property management team and may take time to address. No pets are allowed, and a $200 fine will be issued for violations, unless they are service animals. Parties, trash, unit damage, or gatherings with un-reported extra guests will result in a $200 fine. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for unreasonable messes post-checkout. Each checkout is allowed 2 bags of trash; each bag over that is a $25 charge. Laundry is available, but detergent is not included. The public pool may be closed for maintenance or cleaning; guests should verify availability if it's a key amenity, as no refunds will be provided if the pool is closed.
