There are rules for pool area usage, including no glass containers, proper swim attire, no diving, running, or rough play, no pets, no smoking or vaping, no loud music, and proper trash disposal. Guests are not allowed to order mail/packages to this location. Do not enter the leasing office or speak to property management staff; all communication must be through the booking platform. Violations of the agreement with the complex can lead to immediate reservation termination. Lease violations such as smoking or noise complaints will result in a $500 fine. Guests may encounter bugs due to the climate; no refunds are given if bugs are seen. Maintenance requests are handled by the property management team and may take time to resolve, with non-emergency items addressed after emergency requests. Pets are not allowed, with a $200 fine for violations, unless they are service animals. Parties and noise violations are strictly prohibited, with a $200 fine for throwing a party, trashing the space, damaging the unit, or having un-reported extra guests. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for unreasonable messes post-checkout. Each checkout is allowed 2 bags of trash; each additional bag incurs a $25 charge. There are smoke/noise detectors, and tampering with them will result in a $150 fine. Extra towels and linens may be found drying in the dryer. Laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are available, but detergent is not included. The public pool may be closed for maintenance; guests should verify availability if it's a key amenity, as no refunds will be provided for pool closures. A strict no-smoking and no-parties rule is enforced, with devices in place to detect such activities.
