It's within walking distance of downtown Carson and about an hour from PDX. There's plenty to enjoy nearby, including Wind River, hot springs, golf, fishing, hiking, and water activities throughout the Columbia Gorge.
The property also includes a spacious 24' x 36' shop, with plenty of room for storage, hobbies, projects, or outdoor gear.
For anyone interested, the rental can also come with 7 laying hens. They're happy little workers and can provide fresh eggs if you'd like to keep them.
We're also open to discussing a reduced rent for renters who are interested in helping with some of the ongoing upkeep and maintenance of the property. We're happy to talk through what that might look like and find an arrangement that works well for everyone.
