The basement/Level 1 features a den and back patio with a private hot tub.
Enjoy a stocked coffee bar, a kayak, SUP board, and water mat. Guests have access to a private covered boat slip at the community dock, located just 0.25 miles from the home. Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles in the driveway. A pack 'n play is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a $200 pet fee for up to 2 dogs.

The home is located directly on Lake Barkley, offering stunning water views and a peaceful lakeside setting. Please note that there is no traditional beach or cleared shoreline access directly from the property. For swimming and easier water access, guests are welcome to use the community boat dock, located just 0.25 miles from the home. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur fees. This is a non-smoking property. No parties are allowed. Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
A starter supply of paper goods and household necessities is provided, including bath tissue, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, shower gel, laundry detergent, shampoo & conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer.
