This sunny, eco-friendly, single-story home can accommodate 4-5 people and is perfect for professionals traveling to the area for work. The home's south side and back porch face open space and paved walking/biking paths. You can easily walk or bike to all the amenities in Three Springs, with shopping and downtown Durango a less-than 15-minute drive. Public transport is nearby as well. Please contact the Property Manager directly to arrange a tour. Here are the home's highlights: * Living Area: The sofa opens into a comfortable queen bed for guests. A gas fireplace provides additional heat in the winter. A smart TV is provided. * Dining Area: The dining table can seat up to seven. Table linens are provided. * Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and eating at home. Several types of coffeemakers are provided, along with a gas oven and stove, French door refrigerator, microwave, blender, kettle, mixer, and toaster. * Primary Bedroom and Bathroom: This bedroom has a queen-size bed with a firm memory-foam mattress. The reading chair has an electric reclining function. A small desk and chair are provided. One of the two closets is a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a toilet separated by a pocket door and a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head and a handheld attachment. * Second Bedroom: This bedroom has a Purple brand mattress on a queen-size bed. Two small desks and chairs are provided. The closet shelving can be adjusted to accommodate varying storage needs. * Third Bedroom/Office This room has a desk equipped with office supplies, a comfortable desk chair, two filing cabinets for storage, and a printer/scanner. The closet shelving can be adjusted to accommodate varying storage needs. The futon sofa folds out flat into a double bed that can sleep one adult, but is likely to be more comfortable for a child. * Guest Bathroom: This bathroom has a full tub and shower. * Laundry Room: The washing machine and dryer are front loading. Cleaning equipment and supplies are provided. An air filtration system for the house is located in this room for tenants who wish to use it. * Garage: The garage can fit two cars and has a charger for an EV. A cruiser bike is provided, along with a lock, for riding around the area. The garage has extra shelving and floor space for storage and a workbench with all the tools a putterer might need, including a shop vac and an air compressor. The garage door may be opened with the keypad, a remote control, or a smartphone app. * Exterior: We have bird feeders for the trees if you would like to use them (the birds love them). The landscape is well-maintained and opens directly onto the walking/biking paths that lead to parks, playgrounds, and ponds. Seasonal snow removal is provided. * Other: Solar-powered electric wall heaters provide heat in each bedroom and bathroom. A mini-split heats and cools the main area as well as the bedrooms. The two bedrooms and the bedroom/office also have ceiling fans. Three humidifiers are provided for tenants who are not used to the dry mountain air. The two bedrooms have blackout curtains. High-speed internet and WiFi are provided. A security system is available for tenants who would like to use it.
