This 1915 Victorian home in downtown Burlington has been updated to modern standards. Our family has called Hungerford Terrace home for more than 60 years and this house is part of adjacent property we own with several apartment buildings and our management offices. We also have a managing partner living in the adjacent building for your convenience. The property features an open floor plan with dining room, living room, den with piano, and a large well equipped kitchen on the first floor. When entering at the back of the building you'll also find a large mud room and adjacent coat room with half bath. The second and third floors each have three bedrooms and 3/4 bathrooms. The second floor also has an additional master bath with a large tub for bathing. The three bedrooms on the second floor have queen size beds and two of the bedrooms have access to a large three season porch. A couple hundred feet away is College Street which has an all day free shuttle service running from the waterfront to UVM and on the airport.
