Tranquil end of road country retreat on 3 acres with hiking/snowshoeing trails just past the driveway. The house features lovely wood floors in the large living room and office downstairs. There is a bathroom on each floor with the washer and dryer in the downstairs bathroom. The three bedrooms upstairs are interesting since two of them are composed of two rooms each. The photos presented are from a previous tenant. The walls are now all white and the kitchen appliances are newer and all black. There is a heat pump in the living room which cools also. There is a full unfinished basement with indoor and outdoor access. The backyard has plenty of space for a vegetable garden and there are a couple of sheds for your use. Portable generator backup power is provided. We can house no more than six people. Landlords live across the road and would like to welcome you to the neighborhood. Don't worry though, we obsessively respect your privacy. To maintain the tranquility of the neighborhood, we do not allow motorcycles, snowmobiles, dirt bikes, 4 wheelers, etc. Located a few miles from Scapes Cafe and the town beach. Approximately 20 min to Winthrop, 25 min to Augusta and Farmington, 40 min to Waterville and 45 min to Lewiston/Auburn. A minimum of a year's lease is required. We encourage long term tenants. Absolutely no smokers (of anything) or pets.
