No pets, electricity/gas and water bills are split between renters and owners. 3rd-floor bedroom: $1,300/month 2nd-floor bedroom: $1,150/month The tenant renting the 3rd-floor room may park in the garage. Both bedrooms have their own private bathroom and individual A/C. Shared kitchen and laundry room. A treadmill is available for use. There is also open parking nearby. The neighborhood is quiet at night, has streetlights, and is a safe residential area. My husband and I live in the 3rd-floor master bedroom. He is in the military, and I work from home. We are both in our 20s, have a regular daily routine, do not smoke or drink, and do not host parties. We respect our tenants' privacy and are happy to help if needed. When moving out, as long as the room is left clean and there is no major damage, we will not deduct money from the security deposit for normal wear and tear. We have three cats.
