I wanted to share a few details about the property to help you decide whether it might be a good fit.… The home is an elevated, single-story house, so there is one flight of stairs to reach the entrance. Once upstairs, however, all of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas are conveniently located on the same level.
The property has a pleasant backyard that is great for relaxing outdoors, along with one dedicated off-street parking space.
The location is one of the home's biggest advantages. Bayou St. John is just a short walk away and is a lovely area for walking, jogging, picnicking, or simply enjoying the waterfront.
