The townhouse: An end unit with over 1600sf, 2 bedrooms plus a open study that can work as an office or a third bedroom, central heat AND central air conditioning; wood burning fireplace, two private decks and fenced patio that opens onto community open space along with 2 full bathrooms plus a half bath on the main. The cozy and comfortable kitchen includes stainless steel appliances with electric stove and microwave, dishwasher and fridge and a large pantry. Included downstairs is a complete washer and dryer set and the second bedroom and full bath. Hardwood and tile floors complete the main floor with carpet upstairs and downstairs, with lots of additional storage. Park the car in the attached 1 car garage that includes extra space for your toys, park a second or a visitor car in the driveway, additional visitor space is nearby in the 8 acres of open space.
