Rent is $1,150 per month

Security Deposit is the same as rent $1,150

Tenants pay electric and average electric bill is $50 on Nipsco budget plan.
All walls and ceilings will be freshly painted.
Bedrooms are carpet and will be shampooed.

There is a coin operated washer and dryer in basement of building, washer and dryer are not in unit they are located in common area and there are no hook ups for additional laundry machines.
