Large yard that's fully fenced in the back with a patio and plenty of room for growing or entertaining outdoors. Great location in West St. Paul close to tons of shopping and dining. Quick access to downtown St. Paul.
Dogs are welcome for $30 a month for applicants with a positive rental reference and credit.
Renters are responsible for all utilities and lawn/snow. Renters insurance required.
