Lease terms

Tenant will pay all utilities (e.g., heat/gas, water, electric, trash cable/internet, etc), water softener salt, furnace filters, and fridge water filters. We will consider a shorter or longer-term lease and price will vary depending on the term and desired timing. Lease price includes a credit for tenant mowing lawn and removing snow. However, mowing and plowing for 2" or more of snow may be available. Criteria in this listing is not all inclusive and is only meant to be a guideline. Application will require screening criteria including but not limited to background and credit checks/history, review of criminal history, positive rental history/references, and employment/income verification (minimum 1 year). This is a pet free home. Smoking and vaping are prohibited at this property. This is a private residence and trespassing is strictly prohibited. Tours available by appointment only. Insurance is required including renters and liability/umbrella policy.
