Available: October 1, 2026. Once we have applicants' information from Zillow Rentals by the end of August or sooner, we will reach out to cleared applicants for showings. Furnished Property Terms: The home includes all listed furniture, kitchenware, and appliances. An inventory checklist will be completed and signed at move-in. Rental Requirements & Screening Criteria: Credit Score: Minimum 650 or above required. Income Requirement: Gross monthly household income must be at least 3x monthly rent ($3,375/month total) with valid proof of income (paystubs, bank statements, or tax returns). Background Check: Clean rental history and credit/background check required via Zillow. The $45.00 tenant screening/application fee is paid directly by the applicant. No prior evictions or unresolved rental debt. References: Positive landlord references covering the past 2+ years are required. Lease Execution: A signed lease agreement and fully paid security deposit ($1,125) are strictly required prior to tenant occupancy.
