It's on 25th St, between H St. and I St. Details of the apartments: -550 square feet, with 9 foot ceilings, big windows, and a separate dining area -Hardwood floors in living room and bedroom, with linoleum in the kitchen -The kitchen has a refrigerator and an electric range stove/oven, brand-new marble countertop. -AC window units. -Locked front entrance -Coin operated laundry in the basement -No pets On street permit parking (K permit, available through the city) Month to month, with a $700 deposit Credit checks will be done with each application, $20 per person, non refundable. Steady income and good credit are important to qualifying. Typically, no more than 1/3 of the renter's gross income should go toward rent. Sorry, we do not accept co-signers.
